Our AVT electric kangos are high powered road breakers, equipped with a special vibration absorbing housing and a counterweight mechanism that reduces vibration on the operator when in use. These breakers also have a soft start and a soft no load function that automatically reduces the motor speed during idling to suppress the vibration of the machine body. The vibration reducing technology allows the user to stay in full control and reduces the effects of Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome on the user. So these kango hammers can be used safely for longer periods of time compared to other units in their class. With an impact energy of 72.8J, these 110v electric road breakers are ideal for breaking up concrete or asphalt paths, driveways and roads. Please note, as these road breakers are 110v pieces of equipment, you will need a transformer, a generator or 110V site supply in order to use them. We can supply transformers, extension leads, and a range of chisel attachments for our kangos. You can add these to your order during checkout. You can book a kango hire online or over the phone and then collect from your nearest store at the start of the hire, or we can deliver to your home or site. You must wear all appropriate protective equipment whilst using one of these road breakers - including a hard hat, heavy-duty gloves, ear defenders, a dust mask and protective goggles. We can supply Personal Protection Packs, which give you safety goggles, safety gloves, dust mask and ear plugs. You can add this to your order during checkout.

I have hired this electric road breaker many times now and it has never let me down. A life saver on many occasions. Comes in metal box. Easy to change bits, but to be fair I don't even bother as I simply use the flat bit which is the best for breaking up concrete. Top notch.

Brilliant bit of kit. Used it for breaking up the surrounding area of a swimming pool, a large area of paved and concrete flooring. No problem at all, this breaker is a lot better than I expected for the price and promises to give an excellent service.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
